The feathers and duvets that are received in our warehouse are then checked and selected, discarding those of low quality or having imperfections.

The control and sorting is done by hand, but with the support of the most modern technologies that help, through 5 different stages, to verify that the material reflects the quality standards.

Once the treatment is finished, the selected and treated raw materials are then pressed and placed in special bags of about 275 kg each.
